Magnolia Tree Weddings & Trellis Events have partnered to bring you a micro wedding package designed to create stress-free, joy-filled, stylish wedding days for 32 guests or fewer. Our approach is simple. To make your wedding planning process as easy as possible by handling the details - where meaningful wedding days meet seamless planning. This package is perfect for the couple that wants to focus more on the experience and less on the details.

Up to 80 miles from Studio: No travel fees
80-250 miles from Studio: Hotel stay for 1-2 nights pending complexity: $250 flat rate per night
250+ miles from Studio: Round trip airfare: airfare will be quoted based on destination Hotel stay for 2-3 night pending complexity.

I love to schedule time in our timeline the day of to do a quick rehearsal at the venue: show everyone how to walk in, where to stand, transitions, and exit! I'm a believer that the ceremony should be organic and go with the flow so I don't like to over rehearse that moment!
If you'd prefer to rehearse the evening before at your welcome dinner - schedule permitting - I am happy to make that work! The rehearsal fee is $250 to account for time + booking of date.

Yup! I have professional + general liability insurance to cover venue requirements for a day of coordinator.
